And with me, as always is, Catherine Weigel, I have made many mistakes and I've learned from them, and you're going to hear about how we fix them. I've lost about 145 pounds. I am a lovely wife. Did you mention I was lovely? I didn't. It was a mistake on my part. We started the episode with that mistake. See, we're human, just like you find listeners.

I told Donald, because I like accountability, I said, how about we wait to have pancakes until after we record an episode? We're having New Year's Day pancakes because our daughter wants them. But I need a mistake. Yeah, because our daughter wants them. That's why we're doing it.

I mean, I have an appointment with Miss Butterworth, and I would like to keep that,

but that Butterworth appointment. But I told Donald, I believe she's married. It's Mrs.

Butterworth, by other way. Ms. Butterworth, if you're nasty. But if I told Donald that we could
