Donald Duck, Wigle. And I have lost about 100 pounds mostly through the power of disco.

Exactly.

And we're here to tell you all about our new disco diet for some reason.

Oh my gosh.

We are always on the white, hot leading edge of the diet trends.

We really are.

And, you know, disco is no exception. We're taking it all the way

back to the late 70s. It's so funny, before we were recording this, Catherine was like,

we've had, like, the episodes lately have been like really full of chuckles. So I want to be,

I want to be serious. And then she opens with disco duck.

Well, we're going to talk about treats coming out at night.

Rick Dees was the disco duck.

He wrote and made that song. Wow. Yeah, no, I remember him performing it on solid gold,

like when I was a kid. It felt really important. It really did. I was probably, I don't know,

it was probably seven or eight years old. Yeah, Rick Dees performing it on solid gold.
