Another happy accident, Donald Weigel. I think I was planned. I think you were planned.

Yeah, I don't know if I was planned. My parents were so young, but whatever. We happily,

accidentally got married a long time ago. Yay. Wait, did I even say that this was We Only Look Thin?

I don't think so. Welcome to We Only Look Thin. Welcome to We Only Look Thin. I am Catherine Weigel. I've lost

145 pounds. And I have lost about 100 pounds. And we've kept it off for over three years. Yes, we

have. That is not a mistake. No, no, we've done that on purpose, but we

accidentally got married a bunch of years ago. We enabled each other's bad behavior accidentally

for a really long time. We sure did. And then we got it together and we're here to tell you about it.

Yeah. And it was just that simple. If you recall last week, we talked about mistakes in your weight loss journeys. And today we are going to finish up that list with the final seven. Yes, indeed.
