Well, I've been getting a lapped, would you believe it, lap is a two and a half K lap, it's not like it was a 400 meter lap,

I've been getting lapped at the Yorkshire cross country championships.

It was Yorkshire cross-country champs and it was one short lap and four long lap. Total distance was 10 and

half K. So I'm guessing the short lap was half K. So the long lapse must have been about a mile and a half

or whatever it was just under. And I had him ahead. Because obviously I'm out of my depth in terms of the standard so I thought my challenge is not to get

lapped by Johnny Brownie or any of his speedy buddies and honestly I thought I'd held them off and there was about four or five

four or five hundred yards to go and I come around the corner and it's down here all the

way and the three of them led by James Wilkinson I think the three of them came hooning past me at a rate if not so I thought

could I absolutely leg it and stay ahead of them for 400 meters and then even if then I collapsed I wouldn't have got
