So Molly was a bonus episode I released and you guys might know Molly.

She's an American record holder.

She holds the American record in the half marathon when she actually ran this past year.

She ran a 67-25 at the Houston half marathon.

She broke a record that was held by Gina Kaster for 12 years.

So Molly came back to run New York.

It was her third marathon.

She's run New York once before where she podiumed.

She got third place and she ran Boston last year and that torrential down for.

This year in New York she placed fourth and had a great race and we got to break it down and talk to her a little bit about that

and what her goals are coming up.

And you guys know Roberta Groner.

She is the mom of three.

She's a full-time working nurse.

And she has just been hammering away.
