these days. I come unpolished, unrehearsed, on purpose. If you're looking for more of a

So my new addiction is the little lunchables for adults at Starbucks where they have the prepackaged trees.

And my favorite is the little quarter peanut butter and jelly

one string cheese, a handful of raisinads, and some carrot sticks.

And I know it's a trap but I have become addicted and bought into packaging

Anyway, I want to talk about, I don't want to talk about addictions, I want to talk about spirituality.

So if you've been following me, I've been very thirsty to get more, to become more of a

spiritual person.

And I actually don't like the word spiritual. The word that I prefer is spirit filled and I have definitely not

been filled with spirit in years, you know, I when I was married married when I was married I was technically

a Christian she was Christian and I went to church on Sundays and stuff, but and I I think most of it was going through the motions.

I did have some experiences in that you know I remember you know I have had some experiences but but nothing where I really

practiced it and lived it you know and so I've just been naturally it's not

force I've just been really naturally thirsty for a spirit-filled life I have a

friend who turned me on to someone name, I don't know I'm

going to butcher her name but Pema if children and she's a Buddhist and you can find her on YouTube her name is just type in P-E-M-A and I've been kind of

gravitating toward Buddhism and she is just gentle and lots of wisdom and she is trying to teach people like me

Buddhism and like me, Buddhism. And I don't think Buddhism is a religion, it's more of a way of living, and I'm really drawn to it because at the end of the day it's about love and compassion you
