I'm your host Lindsay, thank you so much for being here today.

I had the incredible opportunity to do a live podcast at the run center with the New

York Roadrunners and got to interview none other than Marathon World Record holder Paula

Radcliffe.

Paula is a three time winner of the New York City Marathon and she's also a three time

winner of the London Marathon.

She holds the world record in the marathon in a time of two fifteen twenty five and that

record still stands fifteen years later.

She's the mom of two and she continues to be very heavily involved in the sport.

I'm so thankful for this incredible opportunity, thankful for Christine Burke who came on my

podcast just a couple months ago and set this dream in motion when I mentioned it to her

on the show right when I was interviewing her.

I said hey I'd love to come do a live show with you guys some time and look here we are,

we're doing it.

And I'm so excited to be here in New York City for the TCS New York City Marathon.
