So, hi, real lifers. I hope you're all having a nice week. So I'm a little sad that we only have two housewives

franchises on right now. And I'm so excited about Potomac starting next month. But in the meantime,

I decided, you know what, it's time for me to get into family karma. I tried to watch it last year when it premiered, but I quickly

kind of had to turn it off because I was a bit triggered by all of the talk with Anisha and

her getting too old to have kids and her eggs drying up and that whole conversation that I just, I couldn't get past it.

But I feel like I'm in a better headspace now and I started watching it and I absolutely love it.

And I knew I would, right?

It's so fun to watch the family dynamics.

So it's not just one group of friends, but it's like multiple

generations of friendships and relationships and family dynamics. And it is fantastic. So I'm

hoping to get through enough to be able to talk about it on next week's episode. As far as this

week's episode, I actually have two guests. The first is

Jeff Epstein, who many of you know through his very entertaining social media. He was on the

podcast maybe a couple months back. And we had chatted back then about Beverly Hills. And I was like,

when this season airs, you'll come back, you'll share your thoughts. So Jeff is someone who just is

very into pop culture and he loves watching the housewives for their frivolous little fights. And we know

that on both of these franchises, but especially this week's Real Housewives

of New York, tackle some pretty heavy stuff also. And so I have behavioral health therapist

Tana Clarity on to chat about this week's Real Housewives of New York. She shares her perspective as a therapist, as someone who really understands a lot of human

psychology and her experience as a black woman in the United States of America.
