Hey, this is Lauren of Being Well with Lauren, and today I am talking about 10 Super Fitness Life Hacks that I've learned in my, oh my 51 years. I actually don't have a cup of tea at the moment. I've wanted all day to sit down and have a chat with you and it hasn't worked out so I'm sitting right now in my wardrobe, walk in robe and my son who is not feeling

too well is in my bed. My daughter who's not feeling too well is in my bed.

So I thought, wow, I will sit down and have a chat to you. The boys have

re-accepted into the representative basketball program that they're in now. So representative means at a higher level or the pathway to

professional basketball. So in our home we do basketball about, I don't know, seven times a week, something like that.

And so we've all got to that point where we have finished the trials and I'm just pulling the comb out of my hair because

I'm making myself a bit more comfortable. We've finished the tryouts and we are all totally exhausted.

I am so tired. Today I went to the gym as I do every day or almost every day I walked in and thought I don't want to be here so I put the time on my

iPhone and I stayed in the gym for 17 minutes of weight training and then another 12
