| 1:21.0 | think about events that's happened, we measure the year in how much weight we've lost or how many bonuses we've gained or if we accomplish certain goals. |

| 1:45.2 | pattern of measuring the year that way can get old and two dimensional. And so I want to challenge you to look back and reflect that your year |
