I have something called the man sheet and these are a few men who have impacted me in a certain way.

And so for this episode, I want to tell you who's on my man sheet. So these are some of the famous men who have impacted me.

A lot of times people ask me who has impacted me, who are my inspirations as a therapist, and actually a lot of people who inspired me were not therapist.

They were filmmakers or martial artists or athletes. I got something from them that I did

incorporate it into my work as a therapist and so a lot of people think that my inspirations were people in the clinical world and actually maybe a couple, but mostly the people who have inspired me with my craft of coaching

has been people in pop culture.

And I always feel like I was raised by pop culture because my parents were always at work when I was growing up.

And so they've been huge figures in my life.

And so here are a few of the men who have inspired me.

All right, the first one would be Bruce Lee.

So not just because he was this crazy martial artist and his, you know, his speed and for his size.

I think he was only like a buck 25 or something.

It was very light, very fast.

And not only because he created his own martial art which is pretty mind-blowing but more

so for the simplicity of his life philosophy.

He was also a philosopher and he was actually the first man I believe to put self better men

into a shot class and also for coming to America back in the, I'm assuming, 60s and marrying out of his race and when that was very frowned upon.
