I am back. I'm excited actually distance has made the heart grow

fonder and it's good to be back in the studio mate. Well it's two weeks in fact

since we've done the show together isn't it? Yeah and it's been a long hard arduous two weeks

but it's good to be back talking to you mate and have to say

it has reminded me how much I'm not that I need a reminding but has reminded me how much I love it it's we do have a

laugh that we every Tuesday morning yeah we do but of course you and Tony tore me

down a shred didn't you when it was just you two when I was busy working on the guns?
