Daily Life and it is blustering outside. It is so windy and you can hear my friendly tree

scraping against the windows. So I will continue and you're going to hear the winds outside. Let's see them as the winds of change. Day two.

In day one we talked about our Western culture and what our Western culture teaches us

about balance. That is that life is supposed to be lived at a fast rate,

We questioned, is that actually bringing us balance and is that actually the right

Today we're going to look at choice. I love looking at choice. Well actually I love

Mine has got a little bit cold because I got a little bit excited by reading a couple of quotes from Barry Schwartz. If you haven't read his book, The Paradox of Choice,

it's a really good one to read. It's on my bookshelves and I really enjoyed it because it talks about how choice and he focuses on consumer choice but means generic choice.

How choice brings us unhappiness. Now we have so much

research to evidence that choice brings us stress. That's right, my friends, our choice, in jewelry, in lingerie, in cars, brings us

unhappiness. The more choice we have, the more we have to resent when we made

possibly the wrong decision. The more choice we have, the more we have to regret. Oh, we've made the wrong decision.
