Well, I did, I'm hoping it was a mini blip, I had a good session on Sunday.

A mini blip, can you have big blip, I didn't realize that blips came in different sizes maybe hopefully well I guess

what's bigger than a blip then I don't know perhaps it is hopefully it's just a blip and not a blop

a blop or blop, blop, or a blap, or a blup, whatever the bigger blip is.

Anyway, yeah, I did, I went down to Harlow last week,

and I was going to train with Noel, of and I think we recorded the show after or before that

before that didn't we the morning I was going to do that I think and of course we entered the

track and I really

managed that session on the track and I wanted to get my pace judgment right

and I was really excited and Noel rang the track in advance

and checked that they were open and we could do it.

Oh brilliant.

So we jogged down there, me, Hel's's Rosie and Noel all jogged down there.

And the tracks only full of like 200 kids on a school sports day so we couldn't use it.

Oh, can you believe? How disappointed you were that 200 kids were being active in getting

involved and doing something I'm surprised you didn't usher them off the track well I did demand
