Well this week I had a long run what did I do I do? I ran a

or last week I ran a 20 I'm thinking about that I ran a 20 oh yeah that's it

it reminded me because

Noel last week talked about never learning and going off too hard and I never

learned and I fill myself full of my ultimate long run enemy dried through

over breakfast in the morning and spent the

entire 20 miles battling the gingerbread men. So they got the better of me at

miles 8 and 18 and a half on the long run so

those pesky gingerbread men if you're not sure what we're talking about then

check out the previous episodes of Tony's Childs but it was it was okay I was

pleased with my timing I think around 2 29 for for a 20

including a few a few stops so that was me and apart from that I've just been

eating plenty of chocolate over Easter.
