First, welcome to the show, Mason, and why don't you tell me a little bit about your background?

Sure, Greg. Thank you for having me. My background, let's see. I have been both an employee

and an employer. I've had a fast growth company that garnered some recognition in the

Maryland DC area. So I've been on both sides of this. I've worked with people who are much smarter

than me, and some people who needed a lot of guidance from me. Both have been memorable.

I've been in through my business career. There's been a lot of evolution. I was in advertising

and mobile billboard advertising specifically. I also had an email marketing company.
