for what to call this episode and I wrote fleeting spring ingredients on our but that's but it's really wordy fleeting

spring our assistant the name for a laxative yeah it totally does, who came up with the idea, just said spring veggies, which is a lot catchier.

You know, it's whispers of spring, which now sounds like some sort of feminine hygiene product. So what are we

talking about? We are talking about those things that come and go quickly and you can

only find them in the springtime.

Yes, we were talking about exactly the thing

we just said we were talking about.

But specifically, a quartet of fragile,

semi-wild ingredients. And they are, let's see if I can do it off the top of my head without looking at the paper

Ramps stinging nettles

P vines or P shoots and fiddle Head Ferns.

I was stumped on the last one and I just ate one.
