Hey everybody and welcome back to another PinkBod.

For today's episode, we're going behind the scenes with Max Barron and Tom Richards,

two of PinkBike's video and photo crew who make these field tests

and anything and everything video related happen.

They shoot a lot of our review photos, film and shoot wild events like The Rampage, the

Adorsi series, Tom and Christina's videos.

So I feel like there's got to be some crazy shit going down behind the cameras,

and we're going to eventually get to that later on. But first, Max, before we talk about

PTSD from field tests and all that, do you remember the very first thing that we filmed together?

Yep. How many years ago was that? Was that two years ago? Yeah, I think it was three summers ago.

What did we do?

Where was it?

So we shot up above Quest University.

And I didn't realize that the power lines overhead messed with the lav mics.

And so when we were shooting captured everything we needed

whatever and then I get home and like every third word was cut out because there was interference

this was your tryout this is my trial this was like I didn't even even hired yet so I was like

shooting my pants trying to figure out what I was going to do and I somehow jimmy rigged some

video together that resembled the bike review and fast forward a few months and there it was.

Yeah, yeah.

I think it was the optic.

It was when that launched.
