Hey Pinkers and welcome back to another episode. I'm Mike Levy, and today on episode

121, we're going to talk about social media and mountain biking, the good, the bad, the strange, and even the why.

Now, we're probably going to talk a lot of shit because it's definitely easy to do that about social media,

but there are also reasons why it could be a good thing.

So we're going to try to look at the upsides of Facebooking and Instagram, TikTok,

and even Strava, which is the best kind of social media,

but we're going to get to that in a little bit.

Now, I should also say right off the bat that I think we're going to sound like hypocrites

at a couple points during today's show, as we're going to be talking shit, but most of us

use social media in one form or another

and have probably posted something stupid at some point, maybe even not all that long ago

in the case of some of us.

And obviously, Pink Bike has a monster social media presence that we also use, so we're

going to get to that as well.

But first, Kaz, I know that you post on

Instagram hourly, but I didn't see the highlight reel of your one hour ride this weekend. So I'm

not sure if you went riding or if you just stayed inside. Did you ride this weekend, Cass?

Yeah, it doesn't count if it's not on Instagram, right? But yeah, no, I did go riding. Exactly. Yeah, it was pouring heavily, so I tested some rain jacket.

A rain jacket, only wore one.

But yeah, so I went riding in the rain.
