You are listening to episode 121 and I'm talking with Becky Wade.

Becky is an elite marathon runner.

She has a really cool story back in 2012, 2012 to 2013.

She traveled around the world to 22 different countries and learned about running cultures

all over the world.

She wrote a book about it called Run the World, which I just finished.

You guys all go pick it up because it is our June book club choice for the podcast.

And it is so good.

I learned so much in the book and one thing I took from the book was that there's no one

way to do training.

There's no one way that's right or one way that's wrong and you can learn so much from

other people.

And in this interview, Becky talks about that a lot.

Becky ran her first marathon in 2013 at CIM in a time of two hours and 30 minutes to

win that race.

And she is now chasing down the goal to break 230 and not only break 230 but to crush it.

I'm so excited to see Becky's marathon in career take off and see what she has in store.

She's really young you guys.

So she's still got a lot of years of training ahead of her.

She's also getting married this year.
