Well, I have been cheering on Team Williams at Hull Park Run. I did see that your dad nearly took you down. I know he

did he take me down. I think my age grade was just a touch over 70% from a

P. Bied in the all-time P PV the other week and my dad bashed out a

I mean, he didn't really take up running until he was 64 or 65, and, you know, he was kind of overweight and never exercised at all really not for years and years and of course she's been skiing for the last few years which has helped which he which he took up when he was 58 or 59.
