Practicing yoga, whether at a studio with dozens or at home with just your breath, can be one of the most unifying practices. Around the world at any moment there are likely millions of people bringing together their movement with breath and their hearts with their minds. Using traditional sun salutations to heat the body, we will join together as a collective. This little yogic taste can serve to tone and stretch the body as well as unite the spirit.
