and navigating several phases, as you might call it. The change, the desperate plan to

adjust and stabilize. Maybe then a little bit of an adjustment and innovation before many people

falling into some frustration and now what you might call the new normal. It is only now that as

individuals or athletes or leaders or business people we can really start to look forward. And one

of three things are going to happen.

Some are going to regress.

Some are just going to tread water and survive this thing.

And others just maybe are going to emerge stronger.
