Hello and welcome to the PB Racing podcast named Applias, it's all downhill from here, and that's for two important reasons.

Firstly, it's going to focus mainly on downhill

mountain biking. And secondly, if you ever put together a World Cup downhill team in the

midst of a global part shortage, you'll realize that once the riders do leave the start gate,

with their bikes fully intact, it really is all downhill from here. Now, joining me, Henry Quinny, this podcast is affable giant, Mr. Ben Cathrow, all-time

coaching superstar, and now full-time racer and overtime manager of the Pink Bike Racing Team.

He's managed to get this program going and, dare I say, I would say going pretty well.

We've just bounced off our second week of team camp.

We ticked off our first national race,

and we're now preparing to leave for the first World Cup of the year this weekend in Lords.

So Ben, what's it been like putting this program together?

And what are the intentions when originally behind it?

I think the word is hectic and way more than you think, like in terms of what I had to do.

I was assuming, yo, yeah, I've just talked to some sponsors, say, right, you know how you

send me parts?
