hill work and stair work at Lapham Peak not a massive climb I was going bottom to top I was

trying to run it about at threshold but it's almost impossible to run stairs at threshold.

So I was tipped way over, but it was taking me about a minute to get to the top.

So just a one minute stair and hill interval and then jog down recovery.
