There's some news from the world of marathon running including some stunning

debuts in Dubai and last minute course disasters in Miami.

Tom talks to the man who in 1954 paced Roger Bannister to the first sub four minute mile and won Commonwealth goal over three miles and broke the 5,000 meter world record and became the first ever sports

personality of the year Sir Chris Chatterway. In a special training talk Liz

Yelling talks to consultant pediatrician Imogen Norton all about running and babies

Tony brings us up to speed in his crazy world you rate your runs and have a rant what a show

God dear, what a show, isn't it?

And I think the intro to Sir Chris Chatterway is probably the longest intro we've ever done.

Now we probably could have beaten it the week before with

highly had we had all day to read out highly stuff but yeah it did go on a bit it was amazing I was

truly truly humbled to speak to the great man.

So that was fantastic.
