Hello!

Well, Rent is sort of taking you know a sequence of events

from the book and sort of res sculptping them a bit for our purposes and folding them

into an hour of television.

I'd say the biggest differences between this section of the book

and this particular episode is sort of the focus that we gave in

in the writers room about saying, okay, what this episode is really about

for our purposes is this is a time when Claire bonds with the rest of the Highlanders, where she be

is sort of accepted as one of them by the end of the story.

In the book, there are definitely characters named Angus and Rupert and so on, but we sort of have made them more of continuing players and part of the family of Outlander in the show.

So this was the episode where we really want to focus on that aspect of it where she starts as an outsider

And by the end of the show is accepted as one of them and tonight the gin were doing gin and tonics tonight. Mine is Portobello, Jen.

And I'd like to comment on the fact that I think it's three weeks in a row now
