Hey guys, my name is John Kim. I'm a licensed therapist and life coach putting

self betterment into a shot class because let's face it who's got that much time

these days. I come unpolished, unrehearsed, on purpose.

If you're looking for more of a wine glass, you've come to the wrong place.

So I really made an intention to be a student to love this year and I did that because I've been in many many relationships and I'm just thirsty for new experiences

different experiences I think that you know when you have gone through a marriage and many

relationships you get to a point where you start to see patterns you get to point

where you start to wonder if you could have different love experiences and you

start to wonder what else is out there besides the same patterns that you are used to.

So in order to do that I think to really shake your love

etch of sketch to start with a blank canvas and I know we can only do that to a

certain extent because we can't erase our

story right and we can't erase our wiring although we can rewire and that's kind of

the whole point I'm doing this is to rewire myself and I think the way that you rewire

yourself is doing new experiences. But just to get there I think first starts with this intention

to be a student to love. The mindset would be to explore and

be open and be curious and that's what I mean by being a student instead of tracing old

blueprints instead of allowing judgment and shoulds and how something should look like

create your story so everything starts with an

intention right and that was the intention this year to create a brand new story of love, create possible new definitions, to create

new experiences.

And of course with that comes resistance.
