Welcome to the Human Performance Outliers Podcast with hosts Dr. Shawn Baker and Zach Bitter. For this episode, Andrew Graf joined the show.  Andrew Graf is an entomologist that has a flair for swords and lives a purely raw carnivore lifestyle. He has overcome anxiety, depression, obesity, arthritis, poor digestion, and overall bad health with a purely carnivore diet that he now eats raw. His background in entomology provides insight to the chemical warfare between insects and plants along with their relevance to human diet and health. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Entomology and a Certificate of Public Health Entomology from Texas A&M University where he was a highly competitive sabre fencer for the institution.

I ran, I stretched it out to 72 seconds and ran five of them. And the next time I run them at 90 seconds and run four of them and so on and so forth until I get to six.
