I've done it. Uh, not really, but I have managed to go down a little bit, which is

something that's exciting. This is episode 1,009 in a collector series.

Hi, I'm just excited. I didn't realize that was your life on goal.

Well, I've plateaued this week. I went down immediately to like one, not immediately.

In the first week, I went from 200 down to 193.

And then I kind of just been hanging around 193.

I've been trying to tell myself that that's okay. That's just because I've been,

seriously, I've been super good. I've been very, I've been very sticking with this whole thing.

And so in fact, even on my cheat day, I didn't do anything all that interesting. I ate

a taco from taco time. Well, burrito actually. I didn't even eat the fries, the tots.

And you're really good when we went out to typhoon. It's hard to do.

I know, right? With my no rice and my brother, you're eating brown rice and I got to be honest

with you. I'd rather have no rice than brown rice. I love brown rice. What?

I think it's a mental thing because I think I'm getting the, the healthy benefits of it.

Sure, the husk, all the healthful husk of the rice. Yeah.

Well, some people say that the chemicals that they use to remove the husk and to bleach the

rice are really kind of bad or something. So I don't know. But yeah, I was, I've been very good
