Trust is one of the most important, if not in some cases, the most important thing when it comes to creating connections or a connection and building a relationship with other people. |
| 0:22.0 | And today we're going to talk about four pillars of trust. Authenticity, vulnerability, |
| 0:27.9 | transparency, and consistency. Authenticity is simply the real you. It's the best you. |
| 0:35.6 | You are bringing your authentic self to work to the team. You're not bringing |

| 1:48.6 | So that's why it's important to keep people in the loop. Even if you don't have the answers, even if you |
| 1:53.3 | don't know what's going to happen, they're going to trust you because you're keeping them in |
| 1:59.9 | the loop of what's going on. |
| 2:01.2 | And lastly, is consistency. |
| 2:03.4 | You want to be able to act the same way over time. |
| 2:05.4 | We talk about this all of the time as leaders, |
