talking about where you are spending your precious attention. You've heard me say it once. You've heard me say it a million times. Your time, your energy, and your attention are three of the most precious finite resources.

So you want to build systems around those three things to protect it. Protect your time,

protect your attention, and protect your energy. Today, we're discussing specifically attention.

My invitation to you is to pause to consider if the amount of attention you're giving something is equivalent to its importance.

Someone listening to this is giving way too much attention to something that does not matter.

Maybe you're giving your attention to something that maybe right now it is important to you but when you pause and

you take a look take a look at it it's really not going to move the needle it's really not going to

make a big difference in the big scheme of life and so once again my nudge is to not let small

things derail you from the big picture to not let small things derail you from the big picture.

Don't let small things derail you from the big picture.

Once again, pause to consider if the amount of attention you're giving to something is

equivalent to its importance.

The main thing is to keep the main thing, the main thing.

Sometimes emotions derail you sometimes the

results you're not getting derails you sometimes the people you're hanging out with derail you you're

focused on things that everyone else is saying is important but deep down you know it is not and you're

getting swallowed up in that narrative and so once again pause take a look at your life see if you're getting swallowed up in that narrative. And so once again, pause, take a look at your life,

see if you're falling into that trap,

and then course correct.
