Failure is painful. It could be embarrassing. It could be frustrating. It's memorable.

We try to avoid it. However, failure can also be incredibly useful. And it's

useful when you're willing to. Number one, stare it in the face and acknowledge

that it happens to everybody. Everybody experiences failure. And then number two, you can learn

from it. You can adapt. You can adjust. It can become one of the best teachers. There

failure can teach. There's no other way. You couldn't listen to it in a podcast. You

can learn the lesson reading a book. You can learn the lesson listening or watching
