1,852. One of the things that the best in the world do better than others is they

are quick learners. They accelerate the process. Do whatever you can to get

better, faster, to learn, faster, to focus, faster, to bounce back from

adversity faster. And one way to learn quicker than the average person to

accelerate your growth is to learn from the success and failures of others. You

don't have to wait to make mistakes. You don't have to wait to learn the lessons

from first 10 experience. Although it is some lessons are only learned from

first 10 experience. However, there may be some things you can learn as you

observe the successes and failures of others. And in order to do that you have

to get good at not comparing yourself to others. When you see someone fail to be

happy about it or when you see someone succeed to beat up on yourself about

thinking that you're a failure because someone else succeeds, pause and learn.

What are they doing that you're not doing? What is a mistake that they made?

What is their process? Can you apply your process to yourself? What are certain

things that they're doing that you cannot do? What are certain things you can do

that they cannot do? It's important and imperative to learn from the successes

and failures of others in order to accelerate your own process and your own

progress. And so my question for you today for those of you who are journaling

is to think about the people around you, the people who you see all the time.

What are some lessons that you can learn from people around you? It can be

family members, teammates, people you've read about in a biography, a book that

...
