| 0:53.7 | observe the successes and failures of others. And in order to do that you have |
| 0:59.5 | to get good at not comparing yourself to others. When you see someone fail to be |
| 1:07.2 | happy about it or when you see someone succeed to beat up on yourself about |
| 1:11.6 | thinking that you're a failure because someone else succeeds, pause and learn. |
| 1:17.3 | What are they doing that you're not doing? What is a mistake that they made? |
| 1:22.1 | What is their process? Can you apply your process to yourself? What are certain |
| 1:30.2 | things that they're doing that you cannot do? What are certain things you can do |
| 1:33.7 | that they cannot do? It's important and imperative to learn from the successes |
| 1:41.1 | and failures of others in order to accelerate your own process and your own |
| 1:46.9 | progress. And so my question for you today for those of you who are journaling |
