| 0:28.7 | So for example, some people work out to gain muscle, some people will work out to lose weight, |

| 0:38.2 | It's, some people play sports to win the championship, some people play their sport because they |

| 0:44.2 | Some people love to read because of the knowledge that they're going to gain and others |

| 0:50.7 | And when you do something, because you just love to do it, the byproduct and all the |
| 0:57.2 | benefits that come from that thing are just, it's going to happen because what's worked |

| 1:05.8 | And so my invitation to you is to find the auto-tellic experience in what you do. |

| 1:13.0 | What is about work that you love? |
| 1:14.5 | What is about working out that you love or whatever you're trying to do? |
| 1:17.8 | Trying to tap into what you love about what you do, and then it's just focus on that. |
| 1:22.8 | And be careful attaching your love to results, loving to win, loving to win championships, |
| 1:29.9 | loving the success, because yes, we definitely love to win, that's ultimately what we were |
