I will say this. I'm not a big fan of lists like this. Five things mentally tough people do, seven things high performers do.

So you might be thinking, so why are you doing it?

The reason I'm doing it is because it's easy to organize information.

So what I will say, this is a list of seven things.

There could be more.

They can change.

You ask me for seven things next week.

I'm not saying that these things are mutually exclusive, that there is nothing else.

I'm just saying here are the seven things that are seven things, not these seven things.

And so I just want to make that clear.

So seven things high performers do.

Number one, they are constantly pursuing.

Those who are the best in the world or those who are high performers or in anything

or pursuing something.

It could be an objective.

It could be pursuing a better version of yourself.

It could be pursuing a better version of yourself it could be pursuing getting better in some

kind of way you're pursuing something number two high performers are constantly being pursued

when you are at the tip of the spear when you are the one who's leading the charge, especially

in competition, especially in sport, in business, there are people who are going to be chasing you.
