1,7. Today's episode is a simple reminder of the importance of a conversation. You cannot underestimate the

power of having a good conversation with someone.

Now, this conversation might be exploratory. You might be solving a problem together. You might be

building a relationship together. You can be talking about building your future. You can talk

about a number of different things,

but conversations are so powerful

because a lot of times in a conversation

where two people trust each other,

you might say things in a conversation

that you didn't even realize you believed.

I can't tell you how many times I've been in a conversation with a person, an athlete, a coach,

a leader, a family member, a friend where they would say something.

And after they say it, their eyes get big, they're like, whoa,

I didn't even realize that.

And then I'd say, okay, say it again.

And then they say it again.

And then they navigate and they work through these issues, these problems.

And so if you're going through something difficult and you're thinking about it and you're trying

to work through it and you're trying to problem

solve i would suggest talking to somebody about it bouncing ideas off of them it's amazing when

you talk to another human being who is non-judgmental who's not going going to smash your dreams, your ideas, who know,
