Being a leader is a great opportunity to help others become the best versions of themselves.

However, if you're not careful, there are some pitfalls that

can tangle you up and here are a few of them. Number one is over confidence. Expertise can create

blind spots. The more you know, the easier it is to believe you know more than you actually do. We all have boundaries.

accountable by questioning your assumptions. You want to cultivate intellectual humility.

give you feedback. The more you're perceived to be an expert, the less people are going to question you.
