much. Today we are talking about the messiness of progress. Success is found in the ability to hold on and let go, to have a plan, but be okay

when things get messy, to care, but not worry, to be confident, but coachable, to be results

driven, but process oriented, to be selfless but selfish, putting your all into what you do,

but not being defined by it.

It's this constant push and pull.

It's this constant give and take.

And so if you find yourself struggling with toggling between these things,

just know that that's normal. That's natural. You're going to have seasons where you go hard,

and you're going to have seasons where you need to throttle back a little bit. You're going to have

moments where you need to focus and be obsessed. And you're going to have moments where you do need

a mental and be obsessed. And then you have moments where you do need a mental and physical break or create some

distance between it because it's affecting other parts of your life.

And you need to tap into other aspects and deepening your relationships.
