Today we are talking about the changing environment. Things change.

Environments are volatile, which means that they go up and they go down. They get hot and then they get cold.

They are uncertain. You don't know what is around the corner at times. They get hot and then they get cold. They are uncertain. You don't know

what is around the corner at times. They are complex. They are complicated. They're ambiguous.

Envirements, complex environments mean that you're not quite sure what's around the corner.

Now, in environments like that, you cannot be a specialist. You cannot be someone who

does the same thing all the time, being fine with everything you know and with your current

level of skill. In order to thrive in uncertainty, in order to thrive in the fire,

you need to be able to adapt. And the best way to adapt is to adopt the growth mindset.

If you are not constantly learning, if you are not constantly growing, you will be left behind.

You will be at a disadvantage to those who are learning, to those who are growing.

So rather than complain about the changes, rather than complain about how you wish things were,

now is a time to learn and grow and adjust and adapt to the way things are so that you can be

prepared to help your team, to help your family, to help your organization, so that you can be prepared to help your team, to help your family, to help your organization,

so that you can be the best version of yourself and change yourself and adapt yourself

and collect new tools and new knowledge as you walk forward into this darkness, this uncertainty,

as the future begins to evolve and change.

You will evolve and change as well.
