going to talk about is the perfect day. Professional athletes often visualize how they want

their performance to work out. They visualize how they're going to execute. They visualize

the process they're going to take. They visualize the outcome. They visualize how they're going

to respond to adversity. And that tool or that practice doesn't just have to be reserved for them.

You can do it as well. So I'm going to ask you a few questions.

I just want you to think about it.

Think about it.

We're just going to focus on today.

So starting with today, I want you to think about what you want to accomplish today.

Take some time to think about that.

I want you to think about how you want to show up to work, to the gym, to your home, to wherever

you're going today.

How do you want to show up?

What kind of attitude do you want to have?

What kind of body language do you want to have? What kind of body language do you want to have?

Now I want you to think about what is your purpose for today?

What's your why?

What's going to be that driving force behind your actions?

Now, I want to think about what kind of teammate do you want to be? I want to say teammate. It could be your family, your work, your actual teammates if you play sports.

Visualize yourself being the best teammate you can possibly be.
