Today we are talking about choosing your response to adversity.

Things are difficult. Life is hard. You're going to lose. You're going to put in a lot of effort and come up short many times.

You're going to look to your left. You're going to look to your left.

You're going to look to your right. And you're going to see people achieving levels of success

that you wish you had. And you might even think you deserve even more than the others because

you're working harder according to what you've been noticing. But that is the unfairness of life that happens.

So the question I have for you is, what are you going to do about it? What are you going to do about it?

That's a great question to ask yourself after you have acknowledged the brutal facts of your

situation. Once you take a good, hard look in a mirror,

and you acknowledge that things are difficult as you stare yourself in a mirror, then the next

question needs to be, what am I going to do about it? And so that is my question to you today.

What are you going to do about it? What are you going to do about the difficulty you are experiencing? And I ask that in the sense of to help you realize that there are things you can control and there are things that you cannot control. Identify what you can't control and then focus solely on what you can control. What are you going to do about it?

How are you going to choose to respond?

And in your response, that's where the power lies.

And that's where you'll realize that you are stronger than you think you are.

And there's a person inside of you.

There's another level to yourself that you can achieve and unlock as you focus on what you can

control and focus on what you're going to do about the situation that you're in.
