Good morning and welcome to the Increase Remapact Podcast. I'm Justin Sua, episode 1,233. As leaders,

And that requires showing them how to adjust, not just what they do, but how they see and how

they interpret what's going on. One of the greatest challenges to this is helping someone grow when they're holding on tightly to something that

used to work. Maybe it was a mindset, a routine, a strategy that brought them success in the

past, but now the environment has shifted. The old way isn't working anymore. It's not failure.

They might see the need that changes failure, but it's just a

signal. And this reminds me of the story of the peppered moth during the Industrial Revolution.

In England, these moths originally had a light coloring, and it helped them blend into the tree bark to avoid

predators but when pollution from the factories darkened the trees with soot the lighter moths

stood out and were eaten and the darker moths they were once the minority they now had advantage
