| 1:25.2 | worst habits? Do you know your blind spots, your defaults, your |
| 1:29.2 | strengths, your strengths, and the strengths that are, if they're overused, become your shadow, |
| 1:35.8 | the shadow side of your strengths? Self-awareness isn't just some fluffy leadership concept. |
| 1:45.0 | It's actually the foundation of adaptability. |
| 1:48.0 | It will help you be more consistent. |
