I'm Susan and I'm here of course with Cynthia.

Hi Cynthia.

Hello Susan. Happy to be here with you on a

Sunday morning. It seems like this seems to happen fairly often and I'm glad

because it's kind of nice to have a replacement for what I'm usually doing on Sunday morning.

I have to confess though. I'm not dressed up when we record on Sunday morning.

Oh, was there ever an understanding we should be? No, I don't think so.

I'm wearing sweats.

I was raised, however, by a mother who made us wear dresses all day on Sunday,

so somewhere.

I think I probably have a sister who is in a dress right now even though she's at home

My mom's teachings didn't take as well for me on that on that no

particular note today I'm excited about our topic because I feel like it's so timely. We're living through such a weird time.

This is just a weird time.

And there's so much anxiety, there's stress, there's fear, there are all these emotions

swirling around.

We're all, you know, the entire world is swimming in this gigantic emotional soup

right now and I just feel like it's a good time to stop and kind of, you know, look at what's going on,
