I'm Cynthia Wynward and I'm here with Susan Hinckley. How are you today?

Hi Cynthia, I'm good.

Things are a little crazy in both of our lives right now, as you know.

Yes.

Life gets pretty lifey sometimes and it for us I mean

you've put on a wedding recently your mother's been having health problems that have

been you know requiring travel and attention there and I'm in the middle of a move

this week so things are a little crazy I've actually right now I've got my

microphone propped up on a nightstand and a step ladder with a piece of leftover boring with my notes on it.

And so we're recording under duress here folks.

There could, people could hear noises that they don't normally hear and we're just going to do the best

that we can today but I'm excited for our conversation. So today our episode we're

calling it there she goes right off the map. And we always try to come up with a little bit of a

clever name. We think we're clever Susan. To name our, yeah we are to name our podcasts something you know that's maybe a little bit of a

teaser and different episodes sometimes you and I come up with ideas together, but then sometimes I will come up and say,

Susan, I really want to do an episode on like Grace. That was one of our more recent episodes.

And you know, so I'll kind of get the ball rolling, but this

episode is Susan's idea. There she goes right off the map. So I'm going to ask

Susan to kind of tell us what was it about this topic that she wanted to specifically talk about on

the podcast?
