I'm good, Cynthia, how are you? I'm good Cynthia. How are you? I'm fine today. You and I are

going to be talking today about letting go. That's the name of our show today is

letting go.

And already when I just say that title,

it just makes me think, but I don't want to let go.

I was just gonna say one of my most favorite

slash not favorite topics because it's something I'm really not good at.

I'm a complete control freak. That may or may not surprise you, but this is a good topic for me.

I think it's a good topic for everyone.

Who hasn't had to let go of certain things in their life?

That's kind of the definition of life is having, I feel like, to let go of so much.

So... Well, you know, Cynthia, as our friend Geraldie is fond of saying,

what screws us up most in life is the picture in our head of how it's supposed to be.

I think she is 100% right. I don't know about you, but when I kind of got

started on this marriage, adult life thing, I knew exactly how it was all going to

turn out. Me too. Yeah and I'm not sure how it's been for you but basically nothing, nothing has gone according to my plans so far. So that's kind of what we wanted to talk about today and we have
