Verse 14, that we should no longer be children, right?

So now we're getting the, we had a whole bunch of examples of what he's talking about of maturity.

Now we're going to get the examples of immaturity, right, that need to be left behind,

not being children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine

by the trickery of men and the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting

so right when when you're a kid you're pretty easily tricked

right i can bamboozle a three-year-old or a four-year-old pretty Right? When you're a kid, you're pretty easily tricked.

Right? I can bamboozle a three-year-old or a four-year-old pretty quickly, right?

Like, it's not hard. Okay. And you can get them, you can talk very easily talk them into doing all kinds of stupid things, right?

I remember when I was a younger and more heathenish man, the dumb things I would talk my little sister into doing that I thought were hysterical, right? And then I get in trouble.

But so it's easy, right? So that's a mark of immaturity.

That's a mark of spiritual immaturity, right?

That you're not stable.

You're not stable in your faith.

You're not stable in your walk. You're not stable in following Christ.

The phrase in every wind of doctrine, again, I hear that as, as talking about systematic theology.

Right.

It's more like teaching.
