I'm gonna fan girl slightly in this episode with our guest. I've been following her on Instagram

and she's a fellow therapist working out of Philadelphia and I've just really, really loved

following her on several of her pages and we're gonna cover a little bit of therapist content

but we're also gonna get into some relationship stuff and cover a few topics that I've posted

about on my Instagram that I've received mixed feedback from and that she has also shared.

So I'm really excited. We're gonna talk about toxic monogamy. We're gonna talk about

consensual non-monogamous relationships. We're gonna talk about social media as a therapist

oh like I want to do consultation with her but then I want to like be my mentor but like I think

I need to take a class. Like you just are doing so many amazing things and I part of me is like I

don't know how to find this the time to do this like damn it's just very very impressive.
