Taylor and today marks 100 episodes of Let's Talk About It. I really cannot

believe that we are at 100 episodes. I don't think I ever anticipated I would be

doing this for 100 episodes and today I want to take some time to really just

review where this podcast has been in the last 100 episodes from when I first

started to things I've learned along the way and I also want to take some time

to answer some of your questions regarding the last few episodes and also kind

of share with you guys where I'm planning on taking the podcast for the next 100

episodes. So I'm really excited. This is going to be a solo episode for me today.

So it's just going to be me and you. Hope you're ready to open your ears and

reflect on this podcast. So first I want to start out addressing something that

I've received a few messages about and I think a lot of you have just kind of

respected my privacy around this and that has been super, super appreciated.

When I first started, let's talk about it. I started this podcast with a

co-host with a very, very dear friend of mine and throughout this podcast we are

no longer friends and that was a really difficult, really hard period for me to

move through and I think things are things are fine now where they are but being

with you guys and actually now that I'm thinking about it, I just said you guys and

that was something that we recently talked about on Instagram and what I should

refer to you all as listeners and I thought that we needed to have some kind of name
